A well-established regulated Forex brokerage with offices worldwide is looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking Retention Team Leader to join and help grow the LATAM desk in our Argentina office.

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Spanish-speaking Retention Agents
- Drive client retention, deposit growth, and trading activity
- Monitor team KPIs, performance metrics, and revenue targets
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to team members
- Handle VIP clients and escalated cases
- Work closely with sales, dealing, and risk teams
- Implement and improve retention strategies and campaigns
- Analyze client behaviour and trading activity to improve retention
- Ensure all activities comply with the company's regulated framework
- Prepare performance reports and management updates
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish (native level) and strong English
- 3+ years experience in the Forex / CFD / Online Trading industry
- Previous experience as a Retention Team Leader or Senior Retention Agent
- Proven experience managing LATAM clients
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience working within a regulated brokerage
- Strong understanding of client retention strategies
- Experience working with CRM systems and trading platforms (MT4 / MT5)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment
- Willingness to relocate to Argentina
