Figame.com is an ambitious and fast-growing travel technology company, revolutionizing the way businesses manage corporate travel. With our proprietary booking platform and a growing presence across Europe, we’re looking for a Head of Sales Growth to accelerate our customer acquisition engine and build a scalable demand generation strategy. The role refers exclusively to the country of Spain so the candidates must have an excellent knowlege of the B2B market of Spain.
As Head of Sales Growth for Spain, you will be responsible for building a performance-driven, data-informed lead generation machine. You'll own the full demand generation funnel and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and external stakeholders to scale our pipeline and fuel revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Build and lead a multi-channel demand generation strategy to acquire qualified leads in Spain.
Design and implement personalized approach startegies targeting specific industries and customer segments.
Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, email automation, analytics tools).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders .
Define KPIs and develop robust reporting frameworks to measure ROI and performance.
Align closely with Sales to ensure tight lead handoff and continuous feedback loops.
Constantly test, learn, and iterate to drive growth at scale.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or travel.
Proven success in building scalable lead generation programs.
Deep understanding of marketing funnels, conversion metrics, and pipeline generation.
Hubspot Knowledge
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
A curious, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
