The Opportunity
Be responsible for managing, evaluating, and strategically developing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reports within the company. This role offers the opportunity to add significant value as a reporting specialist.
What you'll do
1. Create and manage a cross-functional task force responsible for coordinating the development of corporate reports.
2. Collaborate with departments such as finance, sustainability, human resources, compliance, operations, and communications to ensure comprehensive, accurate, and cohesive reporting.
3. Utilize advanced integrated reporting platforms to automate the reporting process, incorporate more KPIs, and reduce manual effort.
4. Ensure reports comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.
5. Provide strategic advice on data collection and reporting processes.
We'd love to meet you if you have
* 8-12 years of experience managing ESG reports or similar roles.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
* Knowledge of sustainability, financial, and compliance reporting.
* Understanding of ESG regulations and standards.
* Excellent advising skills.
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
* Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
* Experience with integrated reporting platforms such as Workiva.
