We are looking for a Project Manager in our Madrid officeYour main missions will be:Responsible for the delivery of the projects.Framing and overall coordination of the workstreams.Monitoring/Managing the action plan for all stakeholders.Managing the project team (the contributors) and the relationship with stakeholdersLeading project governance and committee (Steering & Coordination, Go/NoGo meetings, etc.)Defining the deployment modalities.Succeed in framing a topic, helping the decision-maker and collaborating IT.Budget responsibility: coordination of estimates and responsible for budget preparation and tracking.Project Schedule: Defining and monitoring the overall project schedule Ensuring the projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.Communication & reporting for the project domain activities.Your profileBachelor's degree in IT, Business School or Engineering School.4-10 years of project management experience with a solid understanding of project management principles (both waterfall and Agile).Able to get involved in the concrete execution of tasks that know how to take a step back.Proven ability to operate in an international and matrix-based organization.Fluent in both, English and Spanish.Knowledge of the insurance or travel assistance sector is not mandatory but is a plus.Advance capacity to work with IT contributors as well as with business contributors.Current residence in Madrid.What we provideImmediate incorporation into an international working environment.Full time, split shift (Monday - Thursday) and intensive shift (Friday).
