We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Specialist to expand UexSwap’s partnerships, integrations, and strategic collaborations within the general crypto ecosystem. The ideal candidate understands both B2B and community-driven growth in Web3 and can turn opportunities into long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B leads for API integrations and liquidity collaborations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with exchanges, project founders, and industry influencers.
- Represent UexSwap at industry events, online panels, and ecosystem initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze partnership performance, track KPIs, and report directly to executive leadership.
- Explore and onboard strategic token or project listings aligned with UEX Capital’s ecosystem growth.
2+ years of experience in business development or partnership management in the crypto, DeFi, or fintech sectors.
