As the AP Analyst, you will:
\n
- Record and process journal entries in the accounting system.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice and expense report processing.
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and vendor statements, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Support the preparation and reconciliation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, including payroll accounting entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial and accounts payable reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and procurement to obtain necessary approvals and documentation for payment processing.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Continuously improve accounts payable processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and build positive relationships with suppliers.

Our adecuado candidate will have:
\n
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Experience with business software: Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, or similar.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
- Experience as an Accounts Payable or Accountant Specialist (or similar role) is a plus.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. xugodme
