Overview
As a Platforms Project Manager, you will use your knowledge in managing Web & Platforms Projects in close contact with both clients, technical and marketing. You will be a point of contact with the local client and local internal teams, managing both local and international teams for Web & Platforms, running content management operations with local client and global teams, and being responsible for managing all deliveries to the local partner.
Responsibilities
- Participating on client calls, including calls in English.
- Coordinating Web, Platforms, Landings, forms requests, in a big ecosystem.
- Opening tickets on Jira for central web ops implementations.
- Manage directly updates on websites through Adobe Experience Manager.
- Managing & scheduling the workload.
- Making sure the executions meet quality standards and strategic guidelines.
- Coordinate external partners and resources.
- Work closely with the analytics team for web reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing Web & Platforms projects including Content management, Landing Pages, Forms, Local sites.
- Previous experience in CMS (AEM), JIRA, Confluence.
- Experience on project management tools such as Trello or Jira.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- At least 3 years of experience as a platforms project manager preferably in international accounts.
- Advanced in English (C1 or more) – you will be participating on calls in English, preparing materials and sending emails in English.
- Capacity to deal with complexity and multitasking.
- Good communication skills, dynamic, adaptable and proactive.
- Automotive and Digital Campaigns knowledge is a plus.
- Basic Figma and Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
