We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to own the end-to-end technical customer journey, from solution design to successful implementation.

Responsibilities
* Lead and scale the Solutions Engineering and Delivery teams, aligning pre-sales solution design with successful customer implementations.
* Define the strategy and operating model for technical discovery, solution architecture, and implementation processes across enterprise customers.
* Guide complex technical sales cycles by supporting high-impact conversations, proof of concepts, and technical proposals.
* Build structured delivery frameworks to ensure predictable integrations, smooth go-lives, and strong customer outcomes.
* Establish clear KPIs across the customer lifecycle, improving conversion rates, implementation timelines, and overall delivery quality.
Requirements
* 8-10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Implementation leadership within B2B SaaS environments.
* Proven experience leading and scaling technical teams, including managers and senior individual contributors.
* Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, SaaS architectures, and enterprise implementation practices.
* Experience working with regulated financial environments such as fintech, banking, payments, or compliance technology.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect technical solutions to business value.
