Key Account ManagementOwn and manage key online retail partners (e.g. eTailers, marketplace sellers, omnichannel retailers)Drive sell-in and sell-out performance using data-driven insights and strong retailer relationshipsOptimize content, visibility, and conversion on partner platformsCoordinate local execution of regional campaigns and performance marketing initiatives
DTC eCommerce ManagementLead and optimize our own Spanish Direct-to-Consumer (DTC or D2C) web shop and marketplace activitiesOversee all aspects of DTC operations, including UX, content, CRM, promotions, and fulfillmentMonitor KPIs and implement continuous performance improvements
Act as the key liaison between local Spanish market needs and global/corporate eCommerce and retail teamsContribute to international strategy rollouts with local market insights and execution excellenceEnsure compliance with global brand guidelines, pricing strategies, and digital frameworks
7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital sales, or online Key Account Manager roles~ Industry background ideally in FMCG, consumer electronics, or beauty/healthcare — preferably on the brand side~ Proven success in managing online retail partners and DTC channels within the Spanish market~ Strong commercial acumen with a digital mindset and performance orientation~ Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)~ confident navigating between global and local teams~ Hands-on experience with eCommerce tools (e.g. Magento, Shopify, CRM, CMS, Google Analytics, ...)
