Duty Manager
Limestone Coast Brewing is a multi award winning brewery with a growing hospitality division, is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the operations of one of our flagship locations in Malaga, WA. This venue offers award-winning local craft beers, great food, and unbeatable vibes. We are seeking a passionate, hands‑on Supervisor/ Duty Manager to join our tight‑knit team in ensuring the seamless running of our Front and Back of House operations, while driving exceptional customer experiences and help shape our future!

What You’ll Do
* Run the show during service, overseeing bar and floor operations with flair.
* Building relationships with our regular, local clientele.
* Hands on with Cocktail preparation, beer service, preparing and running food and leading by example.
* Serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
* Inspire and guide our crew to deliver top‑notch customer service.
* Handle opening/closing procedures, cash‑ups, and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
* Ensure RSA compliance and keep safety first, always.
* Keep stock levels in check, manage keg changes, and make our products pop.
* Maintaining a safe and hygienic work workplace.
* Manage staff levels to ensure cost effective delivery.
Who You Are
* A hospitality lover with a spark for creating memorable guest experiences.
* Positive, Hands On customer focused and solutions driven.
* 3+ years of bar or hospitality experience, with a knack for leading by example.
* Knowledge of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages and cocktail‑making.
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Holder of a current RSA Certificate and Approved Managers Card.
* A natural leader with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and always ready to roll up your sleeves.
* Bonus points if you’re as passionate about craft beer as we are!
* Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
