Area Sales Manager Reumatology (Oeste España)
who is analytical with strong communication and leadership skills to join our Immunology team, preferably based in Madrid.About the roleAs the Ecosystem Lead, you will develop and execute tailored strategies to achieve strategic goals such as building partnerships with health ecosystem stakeholders, securing optimal access, leading in patient segments, and driving franchise growth and profitability. You will oversee all activities of the Local Patient Value Unit, aligning them with key value drivers, and will be responsible for Healthcare Provider Partners, coordinating indirectly with Medical Science Liaisons and Payer Partners. You will demonstrate cross-functional leadership, ensuring team alignment and coordination with other units to link strategic targets to patient value. Additionally, frequent travel across eastern Spain is required.Who you’ll work withYou will lead a team of 7 commercial professionals fostering collaboration and teamwork. You will also collaborate with external stakeholders, including Heads of Clinics, Hospital Directors, Payers, and Chief Pharmacists.What you’ll doDemonstrate motivational, inclusive leadership to enable joint accountability.Coach, train, and develop team members in collaboration with Medical Strategy Lead.Develop strategic patient value plans based on ecosystem insights and priorities.Ensure excellent execution of plans and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.Stay updated on business, clinical, healthcare funding, and policy issues.Lead by example to ensure compliance and develop talent to meet strategic needs.Interested? Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare;
