Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience working in a hotel or similar setting. They will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting preventative checks on equipment and systems, and responding promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues. Additionally, they will maintain the hotel's swimming pools and related equipment, ensure the upkeep of hotel grounds and landscaping, and adhere to safety and security protocols.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. The successful candidate will also have fluency in Spanish and additional languages are a plus.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Past experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a hotel or similar environment
* Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
* Ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Fluency in Spanish;
