Key Responsibilities:
* Review, maintain, and update investment documentation as opportunities progress through the deal pipeline.
* Assist the M&A Associate in drafting and structuring investment memoranda, teasers, and transaction-related materials.
* Conduct in-depth company, industry, and market analysis to support investment decisions and strategic insights.
* Collaborate with the investment team to gather, structure, and consolidate key information across transactions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* Between 1 and 2 years of professional experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services.
* Full professional proficiency in English;
additional European languages will be considered an asset.
* International exposure and proven ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a methodical approach.
* Excellent communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and motivation to learn and grow.
