Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 based upon experience and credentials

Qualifications/Skills
Professional Educator License (PEL) registered in Region 06 West Cook
General Administrative or Principal PK-12 Endorsement, or the ability to obtain this certification within two years
5 years of successful teaching experience. Experience in general education and special education preferred
Completed, or ability to complete, Teacher Evaluation Training Modules
Experience with Multi-tiered Systems and Supports, and ability to oversee Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 systemic interventions
Experience with the ability to analyze data and develop interventions to address individual student or classroom behavioral needs in Tier 2 MTSS
Ability to develop and deliver professional development to groups of staff members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and families
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment
