Job Responsibilities
Sales and profitability
Consistently meet individual sales target
Customer Service
Enhance brand image and increase customer’s product understanding with excellent customer service skills and in-depth product knowledge
Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through
Operation standards
* Maintain in-store display according to company standards and prevent stock damage
* Assist with the processing of stock deliveries, shop floor replenishment, inventory replenishment, cash and other daily operations
* Maintain sales records, and assist in inventory and account reconciliation
Job Requirements
* Sales driven, with strong customer service acumen
* Highly committed, energetic, and a team player
Excellent problem-solving ability.
* Prior fashion retail experience is a plus
* Flexible availability to work throughout the week, weekends, and public holidays
* Fluent in English or Chinese is a plus
