This role focuses on commercializing HIV medicines and building relationships with customers to support patient access and outcomes.Specific ResponsibilitiesPrepare regional and account business plans for HIV in your territory aligned to local brand plan priorities; communicate required actions to achieve goals.
With guidance, monitor sales progress and action plans.Identify and map patient referral pathways within HIV for your territory and facilitate patient access to treatment.Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.Work with Regional Market Access, Medical, and Marketing to ensure local access for HIV Gilead medicines.Establish and develop relationships with key customers, accounts, and key opinion leaders; set and achieve customer contact plans and related KPIs.Manage territory budgets for customer contacts, speaker events, and other external expenditures.Represent the company at professional events and promote products when appropriate.Collaborate with Gilead Medical Scientists, National Account Managers, Marketing, and Market Access on cross-functional projects.Identify and communicate issues and opportunities to Marketing and Sales management; complete necessary administrative tasks (e.g., updating customer databases, expenses).
