Responsibilities
Industrial Strategy: Identify customer needs related to operational efficiency and financial performance, ensuring they see tangible benefits.
Global Stakeholder Management: Develop and nurture relationships with plant managers, operational excellence leaders, and C‐level executives in English‐speaking and international markets.
Sales Execution: Drive the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing, providing tailored DEMOs and value propositions.
On‐Site Engagement: Travel internationally to visit factories, perform demonstrative workshops on‐site, and represent the company at global industry trade shows.
Full Rollout Oversight: Accompany clients from the pilot phase to full industrial rollout, ensuring seamless adoption and long‐term retention.
Market Insight: Stay up to date with trends in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Factory Optimization.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: €40K – €50K annual salary + competitive variable.
Flexibility: 100% remote work with a flexible work‐life balance (ideally located in Madrid or Northern Spain for easy access to our headquarters in Valladolid and client factories).
