Their mission is todigitize the Swiss healthcare ecosystem, reduce structural costs, and unify patient services that today are fragmented across multiple providers.
Key responsibilities
* Participate in feature design with Product and UX teams.
* Develop new functionalities in Angular (frontend) and Java/Spring Boot (backend).
* Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
* Perform unit, integration, and E2E testing to ensure high code quality.
* Collaborate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions.
* Work on integrations with healthcare and insurance systems.
* Contribute to AI‑related features, including the conversational assistant.
* Dedicate time to innovation: testing new tools, frameworks, and versions.

* 7+ years of professional programming experience.
* Strong background as a FullStack Developer using TypeScript & Angular (latest versions).
* Experience with cloud‑native architectures, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
* Experience working with major cloud providers (GCP is a strong plus).
* Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Fluency in English (German or Spanish are a plus).
