Overview
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for implementing reporting to ensure business objectives are met. The Reporting team administers dashboards designed to provide a comprehensive view of the company's KPIs as they relate to business objectives. The team develops and maintains dashboards to monitor changes in the business. Armed with this data, the Reporting team works with go to market (GTM) and Platform Business teams to summarize opportunities for further improvement in business performance.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain dashboards to monitor business performance and KPIs
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs
* Query large data sets and translate analyses into actionable insights for a business audience
* Explain and interpret statistical models, KPIs, business metrics, and forecasting
* Validate findings and communicate results to stakeholders
Education, Knowledge And Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, data science, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or reporting-focused role
* Experience applying problem-solving and judgment to complex challenges, focusing on critical issues and constraints that affect business performance

* Define key issues and identify how facts, data, and decisions link to overall business strategy; understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and forecasting
* Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate effectively to all levels of the business
* Think strategically and focus on the big picture to benefit the company
* Experience with software/applications: SQL (SQL Server, GCP, etc.), Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau or Looker
