Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs an IT, Cyber and Fraud Risk Manager you will contribute to implement the second line of defense and oversee the tech systems and controls across PagoNxt businesses and entities.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:- A key role sitting at the Holding Company of PagoNxt Group accountable for the management, monitoring and embedding of effective risk management practices and standards ensuring alignment with the organisation’s risk appetite with direct report to the Head of IT, Cyber and Fraud Risk.- A key role to build and develop a best in class, globally co-ordinated function with a strong positive influence and impact as one key stakeholder across PagoNxt to ensure both an effective and proactive management of risks and direct responsibility of ensuring the relevant policies are properly adapted and implemented in all companies with a consistent approach with global standards while adhering to local requirements.EXPERIENCE- + 10 years of experience in governance and control frameworks and recognized expertise in developing and implementing policies and tools in innovative and alternative ways while compliant with regulation.- Experience in first line of Cyber.EDUCATION- Relevant academic qualifications. Recognized risk professional certification desirable but not a must.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Excellent understanding of payments services and digital solutions including different payment propositions to customers- Extensive knowledge of industry best practices and proven track record developing and implementing risk frameworks- Ability to build collaborative relationships across the different businesses in multiple geographies and strong interpersonal skills to achieve deliverables and practical business impact- Hands-on approach, strong intellectual curiosity, out-of-the box thinker and attention to detail- High English Level- If you want to know more about us, follow us on _
