Job Responsibilities
1. Take overall responsibility for all sales activities in the assigned region.
2. Identify and report on regional-specific market trends and ensure that project data are maintained and updated regularly.
3. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, including market opportunity and competitor analysis, budgets, and forecasts.
4. Develop and maintain key customer relationships in relevant companies.
5. Select and pursue business opportunities to successfully close contracts in close cooperation with Proposal Management and Application Engineering.
6. Manage negotiations with customers and partners.
7. Prepare and execute customer workshops.
8. Represent the company at internal and external events, such as fairs, exhibitions, customer events, and workshops.
Qualifications
* Completed technical studies or apprenticeship with relevant experience in consultative selling of complex products and/or processes in the machine tool industry.
* Strong negotiation skills with strategic and commercial insight.
* Goal-oriented personality with high motivation.
* Customer-focused with a drive for results and success.
* Confidence and assertiveness.
* Interest in working in an international environment and willingness to travel.
* Good command of English, Basque, and Spanish.
