Key Responsibilities
* Management of end-to-end recruitment process for all ALG branches: Madrid, Barcelona, Dubai, Sao Paulo and Mexico.
* Job posting and direct searches via LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Contact with universities for job fairs, events and internship agreements.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and recruitment effectiveness.
* Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation, and support HR projects and initiatives as needed. xpzdshu
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); postgraduate qualification in HR is a plus
* 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and selection
* Experience in consulting or professional services will be valuable
* Headhunting and LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency will be valuable
* Familiarity with job posting, interviews, and end-to-end recruitment cycles
* Excellent communication skills in English will be valuable.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
