OKU es una colección de hoteles boutique de lujo relajado, creados para el viajero moderno. Inspirados en el concepto japonés de “espacio interior”, creamos experiencias y entornos hermosos donde los huéspedes pueden reconectarse y descubrir su yo interior.
Nuestro objetivo es brindar a los huéspedes un servicio de primera clase en un espacio relajado y de diseño, donde puedan relajarse, revitalizarse y despertar sus sentidos.

¿Qué esperamos de ti en el turno de noche?
* Ofrecer un servicio excepcional y una atención personalizada a nuestros huéspedes, incluso durante las horas de la madrugada.
* Recibir y despedir a los huéspedes con una cálida bienvenida, asegurando una primera y última impresión memorable.
* Ayudar a los huéspedes con su equipaje y acompañarlos a sus habitaciones de forma discreta y eficiente.
* Proporcionar información precisa sobre las instalaciones y servicios del hotel, incluyendo opciones disponibles en horario nocturno.
* Atender las solicitudes de los huéspedes de manera rápida y eficiente, resolviendo cualquier necesidad que pueda surgir durante la noche.
* Gestionar el servicio de aparcacoches, garantizando la seguridad y el orden de los vehículos.
* Mantener el área de la entrada del hotel limpia y ordenada, prestando especial atención a los detalles durante las horas de menor afluencia.
* Colaborar con otros departamentos (Recepción, Seguridad, Room Service) para garantizar una experiencia perfecta y fluida para el huésped.
Lo que aportas:
* Buen nivel de inglés y español (otros idiomas son un plus).
* Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, valorando la experiencia en hoteles.
* Discreción y buena presencia en todo momento.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
* Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma durante el turno de noche.
* Empatía y amabilidad.
* Permiso de trabajo para la UE.

What we expect from you for the night shift:
* Provide exceptional service and personalized attention to our guests, even during early morning hours.
* Welcome and bid farewell to guests with a warm greeting, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
* Assist guests with their luggage and accompany them to their rooms discreetly and efficiently.
* Provide accurate information about the hotel’s facilities and services, including options available during night hours.
* Respond to guest requests quickly and efficiently, resolving any needs that may arise during the night.
* Manage the valet parking service, ensuring the security and order of vehicles.
* Keep the hotel entrance area clean and tidy, paying special attention to details during off-peak hours.
* Collaborate with other departments (Reception, Security, Room Service) to ensure a perfect and seamless guest experience.
What you bring:
* Good level of English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in hotels.
* Discretion and professional appearance at all times.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously during the night shift.
* Empathy and kindness.
* Work permit for the EU.
