The Opportunity
Mission: The mission of the Strategic Planning Director is to support the development of the B&F Division Strategy and the 3Y Financial Plan, monitor the execution of the Strategy, and liaise with Business Stakeholders to continually adjust the Strategy in response to environmental changes and emerging priorities.
What you'll get to do
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Plan Development & Execution
2. Coordinate environmental analysis with Market & Consumer Intelligence teams to help Top Management understand industry trends, growth opportunities, risks, and challenges.
3. Support the Strategic Planning and Analytics VP during the development of new Strategic Plans, liaising with Top Management of the B&F Division and external consultants as needed.
4. Coordinate with Brands, Markets, and Support functions to develop Strategic Plan initiatives and review their progress with the B&F COMEX.
5. Translate the division's strategy into a long-term vision and a Rolling 3Y Business Plan with various scenarios, revised annually.
6. Align with the "One Group" requirements for 3Y Business Plans, providing recommendations on risk adjustments for different scenarios.
7. Assist the President of the B&F Division in communicating the strategy and business plans.
8. Establish a Program Office to monitor the evolution of the Strategic Plan, Long-Term Vision Assumptions, and progress on initiatives and capability development.
9. Review and update the Strategic Planning calendar annually, setting critical milestones.
10. Lead the execution of the Strategic Planning Principles, facilitating input collection for each process step.
11. Support BMC's dialogue by facilitating interactions and key decision-making based on the Dates & Gates principles.
12. Continuously improve the process, adjusting interactions, calendars, inputs, and outputs to meet stakeholder needs and process evolution.

Requirements:
* Experience: At least 5 years across different functions, providing a company-wide perspective. CSM certification obtained through job training; experience with Agile projects preferred.
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Languages: English and Spanish required; French is a plus.
* Competencies: Strong leadership in people and process management, experience driving cultural and behavioral change in large organizations, ability to interact with Top Management, and proficiency in working under tight deadlines and pressure.
* Specific Knowledge: Expert in Microsoft Office and Project Management tools.
