We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to join our team and play a key role in growing and strengthening our partner ecosystem across multiple markets.

The Role

This is a hands-on commercial role where you'll work at the intersection of account management, business development, and marketing operations — with strong exposure to strategy, execution, and analytics from day one.

You'll collaborate closely with our Partnerships & Media Operations Manager and the B2B Sales team.

What You'll Do

Account Management

- Manage and grow relationships with existing partners (tour operators, media, CSEs, distributors)
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across partner portfolios
- Monitor campaign performance and share actionable insights
- Act as a key point of contact for partner needs and coordination

Business Development

- Prospect and onboard new partners via outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn, trade fairs)
- Support negotiations and commercial discussions with potential partners
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and verticals
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline of prospects

Marketing & Campaign Operations

- Coordinate marketing campaigns, flash sales, and media activations with partners
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely execution of partner campaigns
- Liaise with design teams to create partner-facing assets (banners, landing pages, visuals)
- Ensure consistent tracking and reporting of campaign performance

Analysis & Automation

- Track performance data and build dashboards to monitor partner and campaign results
- Extract insights and propose improvements based on data
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency across workflows
- Support continuous optimization of outreach and campaign processes

What We're Looking For

- Recently graduated (Master's level) in Business, Marketing, or a related field or with 1st experience in sales, partnerships, or account management
- Fluent in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for relationship-building and closing deals
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills (written, phone, and in-person)
- Team player with a curious, hands-on, and positive attitude
