As a part-time Team Assistant (m/f/d), you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing proactive support to the team.
Your key responsibilities
Professional office management (phone, coordination of appointments, correspondence, other administrative tasks)
Support of business appointments and events
Implementation of sales and marketing activities
Creation of property profiles and other documentation
Your Profile
Successfully completed commercial training or comparable studies desirable
First professional experience in administrative positions
Excellent German and English skills, good Spanish skills (indispensable!)
Experience working with MS-Office and preferably with CRM-systems
High level of commitment, organization and multitasking
Independent way of working and proactivity
A keen eye for detail combined with a talent and passion for writing
Very good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit
Good-natured conduct, a confident, friendly manner and a professional appearance
Ideally, you are already a resident of Mallorca and dispose of regional knowledge
