The Adecuado Candidate
- An honours degree from a British university in a relevant subject area
- A PGCE or equivalent qualification that provides certified teacher status for English teaching
- Previous experience leading a department, ideally as Head of English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide colleagues
- Expertise in adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of individual learners
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of student effort and behaviour, supported by effective classroom management
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
Facts & Figures
Location: Madrid, Spain
Job type: Contract
Duration: 1 year (renewable)
Salary range: Competitive (disclosed directly to candidates on offer)
