Role Overview
The Solution Sales Executive is responsible for achieving revenue goals by developing a comprehensive territory business plan, generating pipeline opportunities at least 4x their quota, and managing the full sales cycle. The role involves identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing strategic plans, and leveraging internal and external resources to drive demand and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive solution-specific sales motions and bring domain expertise to solve customer challenges.
2. Develop and execute territory plans to ensure a healthy pipeline.
3. Collaborate with marketing, business development, and partners to generate demand.
4. Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle and maintain CRM accuracy.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of business software/IT solutions.
* Proven success in software sales and team-selling environments.
* Experience handling complex transactions and sales campaigns.
* Strong negotiation skills, with experience in renewals and upselling subscription solutions.
* Experience in selling Enterprise Architecture or BPM software is a plus.
* Fluent in Business English and Italian (mandatory).

* Ability to work across teams within a matrix organization.
