Mission and Responsibilities:
* Support SailPoint integration projects actively.
* Prepare and maintain IAM procedures, flows, and documentation.
* Ensure the correct execution of IAM controls across applications and infrastructure onboarded in SailPoint.
* Execute IAM controls manually for applications and infrastructure not onboarded in SailPoint.
* Complete all required Risk Assessment documents.
* Establish and implement remediation plans for manual controls or improvements.
* Prepare and deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
* At least 5 years of successful experience in IAM responsibilities.
* Knowledge of cloud environments, particularly AWS.
* Foundational understanding of REST integration concepts.
* Knowledge of SSO solutions with protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
* Expertise in Attribute-based Access Control (ABAC) and Role-based Access Control (RBAC).
* Strong team player with adaptability to various working styles.
* Organized and disciplined, capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
* Ability to work independently with stakeholders and auditors.
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
