Experteer Overview You will implement and monitor workplace health and safety programs to protect on-site staff. On location, you’ll monitor KPIs, run training, and drive improvements by analyzing incidents and risks. You’ll audit compliance and partner with cross-functional teams to embed safer processes. This hands-on role offers the chance to shape safety culture and reduce risk at busy sites. - Monitor site performance against KPIs and design plans to improve processes
- Set up workplace health and safety programmes and coordinate training
- Analyse safety metrics and incident trends to allocate resources to high-risk areas
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with health and safety laws and implement corrective actions
- On-site collaboration with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities for safer workflows
- Develop and deploy training and programmes to meet new safety standards
- Support cross-functional teams in risk assessment and process improvements
- Assist in equipment and process inspections as part of safety oversight

- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910
- Experience in workplace health & safety (WHS) related field
- Experience using Microsoft Word in a professional capacity
- Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security or personnel issues

- Understanding of Spanish Environment, Health and Safety legislation
