Anekke is a young company present in over 60 countries, currently in a growth and expansion phase. Therefore, we are seeking a Director / a de Comunicación.

Within the Corporate Digital Communication Department, our Communication Director will play a key role in implementing and executing the corporate social media and influence strategy for the Anekke brand, with a primary focus on global positioning.
The main goal of this role is to lead the comprehensive management of the Group's social channels, driving community growth to at least 1 million followers, while strengthening the brand's presence and affinity in the digital sphere globally.
This position is primarily digital native and focuses on communications, social media, public relations, and influencers. Independent of the Marketing area, it will act as a transversal and collaborative role across departments.
Responsibilities
1. Design and execute the global social media and influence strategy.
2. Enhance the visibility and leadership of the Anekke brand in the digital environment and internationally, with a special focus on LATAM and USA.
3. Develop global public relations strategies and lead international campaigns with digital agencies, influencers, and sponsorships.
4. Write and create content tailored to each digital channel and supervise all published communication to maintain quality and coherence.
5. Proactively identify and address potential public relations crises, developing effective mitigation strategies.
6. Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Technology areas to implement digital processes, and manage budgets to achieve strategic objectives.
7. Continuously analyze the market and competition internationally, focusing on emerging trends and growth opportunities in the sector. Demonstrated experience in data analysis.
Minimum Requirements
What qualities are we looking for?
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role, expanding a brand, preferably in the fashion sector, with a focus on internationalization and exponential community growth.
* Education in the digital field, with a master's or degree in business development being a plus.
* Deep knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and skills in social media analytics tools.
* Proficiency in digital strategies, social media, and influencers.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Languages: Spanish fluency and advanced English level (other languages are a plus).
* A results-oriented mindset, creativity, boldness, adaptability to change, and a strong desire to learn and grow with us.
