We are looking for an intern to support our Production team in industrial project Management tasks contributing to the development of CCPM-based project plans and being able to planify the projects autonomosly.
You will be collaborating with product, raw materials development, industrialisation, production, planning, and quality teams.
Your role will be:
* Weekly CCPM Task Updates: Provide regular, concise updates on the progress of CCPM tasks, highlighting key achievements and potential roadblocks, always in collaboration with the working team.
* Project Risk Analysis: Working with the industrial project manager team, identify and assess potential risks to project timelines and deliverables. Propose recommendations for mitigation.
* Retex analysis of the project
* Support the retroplanning process by organizing meetings with relevant stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and alignment across all areas involved in the project.
* Collaborate on the creation of the retroplanning type with proposals on timeline, tasks, lead time, product complexity.
What is important for the role:
* Currenntly enrolled in an educational institution
* Availability to do a full-time internship during at least 6 months
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Project
* Analytical mindset
* Good communication skills
* Advanced level of English
