We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our global expansion. The core mission is to scale company revenue, optimize commercial processes, and consolidate brand presence in key markets.
You must have a genuine passion for B2B sales and a proven track record working at a senior level in fast-growing SaaS organizations. Monitor pipeline quality and volume, supporting Sales Executives throughout the sales cycle and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Reporting on KPIs to the executive leadership team and using data to develop strategy, goal-setting, etc
Proven success within a leadership role in a high-growth SaaS sales organization.
~5+ years of experience within sales, preferably within B2B SaaS organizations and edtech
~ Strong track record in building and scaling high-performing teams, recruiting top talent, and designing onboarding/training programs.
~ Skilled in LinkedIn networking and outreach tools.
~ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
~ Fluency in Spanish and English. Other languages such as French are welcome.
~ Experience remotely managing a globally-based team across multiple me zones
