Position Overview
Join DKB Code Factory as a PEGA Business Analyst and be at the forefront of digital transformation within a leading banking technology hub. You will bridge business and technology, driving automation and process optimization initiatives that deliver measurable impact across our organization. Responsibilities
* Analyze and map complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business stakeholders, product owners, and technical developers to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery.
* Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
* Participate actively in agile ceremonies, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivering value.
* Validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
* Foster collaboration across organizational silos, acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or related field.
* Proficiency with requirements management and agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
* Professional experience at the interface between business and IT.
* Willingness to obtain PEGA platform certification (training and support provided).
* Strong analytical skills with experience in business process analysis and optimization.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in agile environments with adaptability to changing priorities.
* Fluency in English (B2/C1) and German (B2).
* Based in or willing to work in Valencia with a hybrid work model.
