Tasks
- Define the website content strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives and ensure effective execution of the website content strategy
- Work with marketing, IT, user experience, and sales teams to integrate content initiatives with business strategies
- Oversee website development, including design, functionality, and user experience, aligned with content strategy
- Lead and mentor a team managing content, web product ownership, and UX/UI design
- Monitor KPIs to track content performance, identify improvements, and stay current with industry trends
**Requirements**:
- Proven leadership experience in website content strategy and management
- Ability to develop and implement content strategies aligned with business objectives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading teams responsible for web content, development and design
- Knowledge of web content best practices, industry trends and analytical skills to monitor website performance
- Up-to-date on industry trends with leadership and project management skills to prioritize initiatives, meet deadlines, and inspire collaboration and innovation within your team
