What we look for

For our Global Accounts team, we are looking for a Senior Strategic Sales Manager to be part of a team specialized in IT services, consulting, and digital transformation, working closely with large enterprise clients across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and retail.


Main tasks and accountabilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to grow client relationships and expand UST’s footprint.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
* Respond to RFIs/RFPs and create winning proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, managing relationships across multiple stakeholders.
* Monitor client health and proactively address risks, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Lead business reviews and manage accurate forecasting and pipeline development.


What do we expect from you?

* Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry, selling services and solutions.
* Proven ability to manage large accounts or portfolios (min. 10M€) with enterprise clients (>1B€ revenue).
* Strong understanding of market trends, innovation and AI.
* Experience with international clients and global delivery models.
* Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
* Fluent in English (C1-C2 level); German is highly valued.
* Willingness to travel occasionally (US, EU, India).


Work Location

* Madrid (hybrid – 1-2 days on site)
