Bruker offers differentiated, high-value life science and diagnostics systems and solutions in areas such as preclinical imaging, clinical phenomics research, proteomics and multiomics, spatial and single-cell biology, functional structural and condensate biology, as well as clinical microbiology and molecular diagnostics.

For the Andalusian region in Spain, we are seeking a Key Account Manager (m/f/d).

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

* Maintaining and generating new sales opportunities
* Expanding relationships with existing clients by offering solutions that meet their needs
* Developing trusted relationships with key clients to enhance loyalty amidst increasing competition
* Understanding clients’ core needs regarding workflows and value propositions
* Ensuring timely delivery of products and services to clients
* Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams
* Addressing client issues and managing critical situations to maintain trust
* Contributing to new sales efforts and building long-term relationships
* Preparing regular progress and forecast reports using KPIs for stakeholders

Qualifications

* Degree in scientific disciplines or equivalent background
* Experience in molecular biology laboratory settings
* Willingness to travel frequently within the country
* Excellent interpersonal, public speaking, decisiveness, and hands-on skills
* Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational abilities
* Strategic business mindset, market analysis, and product marketing expertise
* Fluent in English and Spanish
