Revlon, a leading international beauty company, is seeking to hire a Sr. Brand Manager, Global, for the Personal Care division.
This global role combines strategic thinking and operational execution, with frequent interaction with international teams and multiple markets.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and develop the general brand strategy.
- Monitor and analyze the category performance in the markets where the brands operate.
- Identify global business growth opportunities and new development areas.
- Lead innovation and New Product Development (NPD) projects, including reformulation and product launches.
- Support international markets in implementing the global brand strategy.
- Analyze market and consumer data (sell-in, sell-out) using tools such as Nielsen, Circana, or similar platforms.
- Identify market trends and insights through analytical tools and data platforms.
- Manage brand transformation projects with a strong project management approach.
- Develop brand content and assets, including digital and social media campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Supply Chain, markets, etc.) to drive projects forward.
- Monitor P&L; and return on investment for marketing initiatives in a data-driven and financially oriented environment.
- Lead key projects and represent the brand to international markets.
Profile Required
- University degree;
postgraduate studies inMarketing or an MBA are valued.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Brand Manager in FMCG companies.
- Bilingual level of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in product innovation and development, including product launches or portfolio renewal projects.
- Experience working with multiple markets and international teams.
- Experience developing marketing campaigns, including digital and social media.
- Experience managing brand projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, sell-in, sell-out, and P&L.;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with international markets.
- Ability to lead projects independently, with ownership and accountability.
