Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or a similar field.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in data management and at least 3 years of experience leading teams.
* Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, DataSphere or SAP Analytics Cloud ecosystems.
* Experience in data migration, data governance, data quality and information modelling.
* Knowledge of ETL, SQL, Python or integration tools such as SAP Data Services and SAP MDG.
Main Responsibilities
* Define and execute the data management strategy in the SAP environment (master, transactional and analytical data).
* Lead the implementation and maintenance of data governance processes, ensuring quality, consistency and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and LGPD.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (functional and technical) on data migration, integration and transformation projects in SAP.
* Oversee the design and operation of data models in SAP BW/4HANA, DataSphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and related tools.
* Collaborate with business areas to identify information needs and develop dashboards, reports and strategic KPIs.
* Implement policies and procedures for data security and privacy.
* Monitor the performance of data flows and propose continuous improvements to processes and architecture.
* Manage budgets, resources and vendors related to data projects in SAP.
