Position Overview
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Finance Business Partner to join our Spain team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A for Spain, this role is part of our EMEA Finance Business Partnering team, collaborating closely with local leadership and global stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights, drive business performance, and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including revisions, aligned with Corporate FP&A standards and collaborating with EMEA and Global teams.
* Provide management support and analysis, identifying key issues and deviations from budgets during month-end.
* Partner with the Controlling team to ensure timely and accurate results presentation and variance analysis.
* Prepare and summarize financial reports, analyze actual results versus forecasts, and identify risks and opportunities.
* Develop dynamic reporting packages for business updates.
* Serve as a trusted resource for brand / functional performance insights.
* Support understanding of financial performance with business teams.
* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to inform financial plans and forecasts.
* Ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness.
* Recommend cost reduction and performance improvement strategies.
* Conduct ad hoc analyses for business development and investment opportunities.
* Participate in European and global finance projects.
* Perform ad hoc duties and demonstrate flexibility.
Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) advantageous.
* 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a focus on Commercial Finance and sales / marketing dynamics.
* Industry experience is highly desirable.
* Proficiency with emerging data technologies and a proactive approach to leveraging technology in finance.
* Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
* Cultural awareness and ability to work in diverse international environments.
* Innovative thinking and a desire to use financial skills to grow the business.
* High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
* Ability to communicate clearly and adapt messaging to different audiences.
