Hardware / PCB Design Engineer (Ingeniero/a de Hardware/PCB)

Education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (specialization in Electronics).
Key Skills And Experience
* Proven experience in multilayer PCB design, including schematic and layout.
* Hands‑on experience in PCB bring‑up and debugging, using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
* Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly), as well as PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.
* Experience with advanced PCB design tools (e.g., Allegro Capture CIS, Allegro PCB Editor).
* Knowledge of SPICE simulations and signal and power integrity concepts.
* Understanding of Machine Vision communication interfaces (GigE, USB 2.0/3.0, Camera Link, CoaXPress).
* Familiarity with system‑level memory interfaces (DDR3, DDR4, SDRAM, Flash memory).
* Experience designing PCBs with FPGAs (Intel/Altera and Xilinx).
* Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, or EMI/EMC.
* Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Languages
* High level of English, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, bring‑up and debug PCBs for test platforms used in vision sensor validation.
* Develop PCBs for vision cameras and evaluation kits.
* Contribute to the development of complete vision systems from a hardware/PCB perspective, for both internal and customer projects.
* Collaborate with firmware and software teams to ensure proper system integration.
* Depending on experience, take ownership of full hardware/PCB design or contribute as part of a specialized design team within specific projects.
