Our Finance Operations team has built a transformational platform that replaced disconnected systems and streamlined financial processes. Key Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Be the Finance Partner Business Teams Rely On. You'll simplify complex financial processes so marketing and industry teams can focus on what they do best: creating amazing experiences for music fans. You'll manage purchase order workflows, budget tracking, and provide real‑time insights that drive strategic decisions.
Drive Automation and Process Innovation
This is where the role gets exciting. We're actively building toward a future where manual data entry becomes obsolete. You'll be at the forefront of this transformation, identifying automation opportunities, implementing process improvements using tools like make.com and AI solutions, and helping shape the future of finance operations. Deliver Operational Excellence
Working with a globally distributed team across Mexico, Barcelona, and India, you'll ensure accuracy and compliance across thousands of transactions.
Build Strategic Relationships
Conduct monthly business reviews with marketing and industry teams across the Americas. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Global Procurement to resolve complex issues. Your insights will directly influence how users across multiple teams manage their budgets and projects.

What You’ll Bring
* 3-5 years in finance operations, accounting, procurement, or related fields
* Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (COUPA, Oracle, SAP, or similar)
* Demonstrated passion for process automation and continuous improvement
* Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial data reconciliation
* Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
* Portuguese is a plus

* Background implementing or optimizing systems
* Exposure to audit and compliance requirements
