The Role & Team:

Infovista is seeking a sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers. The role offers significant opportunities for reward and growth.

As the Account Director for Service Providers, you will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, strengthening existing client relationships, and acquiring new business.

This role requires a proactive 'hunting' approach for new logos and expansion within existing clients.

You will leverage your background in service assurance, network testing/optimization, and other telecom technologies to establish credibility with customers, partners, and prospects.

You will navigate within customer organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor and aiming to grow the current footprint by driving innovation, automation, and value. You will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams, including product development and professional services, to ensure successful deployments.

Your sales experience will be critical in securing business in competitive situations, with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Profile:

Sales skills:

* Strong drive for results and targets
* Experience in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions
* Experience closing deals above €1m
* Ability to develop key strategies for territory and key accounts
* Extensive industry experience and key relationships with senior management and C-level executives
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to all organizational levels
* Understanding how technical sales influence business cases
* Team selling skills and proactive internal communication, leveraging presales, product management, R&D, and professional services

Technical Knowledge:

* Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions
* Understanding of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, and optimization

Personal Skills and Know-How:

* Strategic thinking and process setup skills
* Strong analysis, business acumen, and vision
* Ability to inspire and demonstrate charisma
* Assertiveness in defending company standards and interests
* Prioritization and adaptability in a dynamic environment
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Experience:

* 7+ years in building and managing customer or vendor relationships, including senior executives
* Proven track record in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, or OSS solutions
* Strong software sales acumen
* Successful deal closure and quota achievement
* Existing relationships with CSP leaders at companies like Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, etc.
* Willingness to travel up to 50%
