• Lead coordination with local marketing managers on key projects, ensuring alignment
with business needs and timelines (LTW process).
• Develop compelling category selling stories and channel toolkits that empower local
markets to win with customers.
• Contribute to international customer presentations, adding insight, creativity, and
commercial rigor.
• Activate the channel through trade shows, POS materials, and tailored culinary solutions developed with our in-house chef.
• Leverage best practices across markets, creating a centralized approach via SharePoint and fostering continuous learning.
• Play a key role in channel governance, from financial performance tracking to Distribution KPIs and internal communication (OOH newsletter).
• Ensure tight budget management and control, driving efficiency and impact.
Requirements:

different markets and functions.
• Skilled in translating consumer and customer insights into actionable plans and
persuasive selling stories.
• Naturally collaborative and comfortable working in cross-functional, cross-country
environments.
• Commercially sharp, with a strong grasp of financial metrics, budget control, and
business drivers.
• A strong communicator, confident in developing and delivering customer-facing
presentations that inspire and persuade.
• Curious, hands-on and pragmatic — someone who can move from strategy to action with agility.
• Fluent in Spanish & English (written and spoken); Portuguese and/or French are a strong plus.
• Willing to travel occasionally to collaborate with teams and customers across Europe.
