Directly reporting to our Fleet & Used Cars Manager, the Used Cars Specialist is responsible for controlling the sales process of used cars from the fleet to ultimate sale.

Therefore, the individual taking on this role will be responsible for:
Implement fleet programmes in direct contact with business partners
Support the implementation of fleet programmes through direct contact with business partners, including the rental vehicle refurbishment programme. Coordinate the buyback process for Major Daily Rental returns, covering return standards, refurbishment and inventory aspects. Ensure required sales documentation is available, dealer damage claims and arbitration processes are coordinated, and provide regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support fleet tenders, presentations and Trade Guide / Whole Life Cost positioning.
Coordinate and perform financial analyses such as turnover, cash flow and/or pricing analyses
Coordinate and perform financial analyses related to turnover, cash flow and pricing, providing sales performance feedback to management on pricing and demand with recommendations. Carry out monthly pricing meetings with senior Finance management to agree pricing matrices and authority levels, ensuring finance requirements fully satisfied.
Coordinate the implementation of relevant best-fit IT systems, proactively suggesting improvements
Coordinate the sales process of Mazda Used Vehicles and daily rental buyback vehicles through the web-based Locator system. Support the ongoing development of systems in collaboration with the remarketing agency partner, proactively suggesting system and process improvements.
Coordinate workflows with external business contacts as well as participate in related discussions
Establish and maintain relationships with the dealer network to secure maximum sales at maximum residual value. Liaise with key external service providers, including storage, refurbishment, transport, auction and e-system providers, and cooperate with remarketing agencies and Trade Guide / WLC providers to ensure effective coordination.
Coordinate workflows with internal interfaces to support shared planning and mutual understanding
Liaise with Mazda Spain departments to support shared planning and coordination, ensuring residual value considerations accurately reflected across internal interfaces.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for this position will bring the following:
University Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of experience in similar functions and area.
Solid analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and coordinate multiple stakeholders in a structured, operational environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with commercial partners and internal stakeholders.
Strong customer orientation, with attention to detail and execution.
Fluent in Spanish and at least C1 level of English (written and spoken).
