Responsibilities:
* You will work on a strategic program that seeks to improve the quality of customer data across all company systems and processes.
* You will collaborate with international sales, marketing, customer service, service and order management teams to define needs and optimize the way we treat our data
* You will be integrated in a multicultural environment, with international visibility and direct impact on one of the company's most important programs.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst.
* Good level of English (essential), French is a plus.
* Previous experience in CRM, SAP, SAP HANA, data management and MDM environments.
* Ability to document, analyze and translate business needs.
* Analytical approach, collaborative spirit and willing to contribute.
* Location: Barcelona – Hybrid (2-3 days presencial)
