In this role, you will take on significant responsibility for the development and delivery of innovative products and technologies. This is a high-impact role with excellent opportunities for career growth and development.**How you'll make an impact*** Review the state of the art of Power Electronics in the Energy Industry sector.* Evaluate how Power Electronics could fit in small, medium and large Power Transformers and identify all possibilities of application.* Define needs and specifications for potential projects.* Be our speaking voice on these topics for discussions with other groups of Hitachi specialized in power electronics.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power electronics.* Drive innovation by contributing to technology roadmap and strategy in related field.* Prepare technical documentation and reports to communicate findings and support knowledge transfer.* Identify leading third parties in Power Electronics and engage with external stakeholders (customers, universities, research centers) to foster partnerships and promote technical excellence.* Maintain an overview of intellectual property in your area of expertise and develop strategies for projectrelated IP. Identify and manage potential risks associated with R&D projects and contribute to risk management in your organization.**Your background*** We are looking for an MS degree in **Electrical engineering or relevant engineering branch**.
