Our client became the first business travel company globally to achieve the B Corp certification, demonstrating a strong commitment to high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing contracts.Design and run targeted outbound campaigns through multiple channels (calls, emails, social).Lead high-impact sales negotiations, taking ownership from discovery meetings to deal closure.Consistently forecast and report on sales revenue and pipeline status.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.Set and achieve ambitious OKRs in collaboration with the Head of Sales and team leadership.Maintain a close, collaborative feedback loop with SDRs and the wider sales team.Actively suggest new strategies to optimize the sales process and fuel growth.Native Dutch or German speaker with strong command of English (spoken and written).Has all the necessary documents to work in Spain, including NIE, social security, and a bank account.Minimum 1 year in a full-cycle sales role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR (if you don´t have this experience, feel free to apply anyway as we have similar roles that don´t require experience).Bonus points for previous experience in SaaS sales, business travel, or startup ecosystems.Are you ready to fast-track your career and make a tangible impact in a thriving tech environment?
