Are you a networking whiz fluent in Spanish & English and ready to tackle complex challenges on a global scale? At Wireless Logic, a fast-growing leader fueling the exciting world of M2M and IoT, we're seeking an energetic and focused Network Diagnostics Specialist (Level 3, Mandarin Support) to be a vital part of our dynamic Service Desk!

Your Mission :

Dive into the heart of our network, providing 24/7 expert support (in English) and critical local assistance in Spanish to our valued customers. You'll be the go-to guru for unraveling intricate Level 3 network mysteries, setting up cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring we consistently smash our service expectations and SLAs. Get ready to make a real impact on how the connected world operates!

Your Adventure Will Involve :

* Being a Customer Champion : Providing top-tier troubleshooting and technical support via phone and email to end users, dealers, and distributors.
* Mastering the Network Maze : Tackling and conquering complex incidents involving IPSEC, SSL / Open VPN connections, VLAN configurations, VRFs, Access Lists, and dynamic Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) – your expertise will be key!
* Collaborating with the Best : Partnering with our Mobile Networks team to pinpoint the root causes of those tricky network gremlins.

What Makes You a Great Fit? :

* You bring 4+ years of battle-tested networking experience from a NOC, ISP, or MSP environment.
* You speak the language of networks fluently, ideally holding a CCNP Enterprise or Service Provider level certification.
* You're a Cisco command-line ninja, with mandatory experience on their Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
* Your technical and analytical skills are legendary, allowing you to dissect complex issues with ease.
* You're familiar with keeping a watchful eye on networks using Monitoring Tools like PRTG.
* Deep understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP routing, Policy-based routing, IPsec / SSL / Open VPN, and VRFs.
* Proven track record of resolving network problems effectively.
* Professional in client interactions, proactive, and adaptable to change.
* Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments. Self-starter with ownership mentality.

Bonus points for experience in sales support and additional languages!
