A Mid-level SEO squad member is responsible for managing the delivery of day-to-day SEO work to Welocalize customers against their objectives and KPIs.Mid-level SEO squad members are responsible for helping identify opportunities for the customers to further improve the efficiency or quality of the work delivered.MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is a non-exhaustive list of accountabilities and responsibilities of a Mid SEO Squad member:
Overall support the lead members on the delivery of SEO tasks and client communicationMentoring and tutoring junior members of the team, for example, training and up-skillingHelp identify opportunities to further improve efficiency or quality of work deliveredProactively build internal relationships & communicate technical subjects effectivelySupport senior team members with strategy development for larger customers, and lead strategy development for smaller customers within the teamProactive analysis of data, and quality assurance of Junior SEO squad members' delivery outputDefine optimisation strategies for customersOwn the day-to-day delivery of SEO work against customer objectivesWork towards becoming a trusted advisor to clients through the communication of day-to-day performance management and strategies for short-term performance improvementKey competencies
